Who you are buying from

The service
WhatsMyRep builds a report about how a business appears in public search results, search suggestions, ratings shown by Google, and answers of AI models. The one-off check is free. With an account it repeats the check every day for the businesses you add and sends alerts to the channels you choose.
Plans and the trial
Plans: Starter $29 a month for 1 business, Growth $79 a month for 5 businesses, Agency $149 a month for 15 businesses. Plans differ only in how many businesses they watch; each business is checked in one country. A new account gets 14 days of the Growth plan free, without a card, once per email address. When the trial or the paid time ends, daily checks and alerts pause; reports and history stay in the account until you delete it.
Paying
We take cryptocurrency only: Kaspa (KAS) or USDT on the Arbitrum network, through NOWPayments, a crypto payment gateway. There is no card form on this site and we hold no payment details. An invoice is in US dollars for 1 or 3 months of a plan, at the same monthly price. The gateway shows the coin amount and the address; the amount is fixed when the invoice is issued and the invoice is valid for 30 minutes on screen. A coin sent on another network may never arrive.
Nothing renews by itself and there is no annual contract. Paid days start when the payment arrives and are added after the paid days you already have; trial days left are added on top. If you move to another plan, paid days you had left keep their dollar value at the new plan’s price.
Every dollar that arrives buys days at the plan’s price, 30 days for a full month. If you send less, you get the days for what arrived and can pay the rest with a new invoice. If you send more, the extra becomes days, or it is sent back if you ask. Every payment gets an invoice by email and in Billing: the seller, what you bought, what you paid and the gateway’s payment number. It is not a tax receipt of any jurisdiction.
Refunds
- If monitoring did not run because of a fault on our side, you get back the money for the days lost.
- Unused full months of a 3-month payment, and any overpayment, are sent back on request.
- Money for days already used is not refunded: the trial lets you see the service before you pay.
- Refunds are sent by hand by the seller, usually within two working days, in the same coin and on the same network, to a wallet address you give us, not to the address the payment came from. A refund is counted in coins: you get back the number of coins you sent for the refunded part.

What the report is and is not
The report reflects what Google, Bing and the AI models returned at the moment of the check, with the country you picked. Risk scores are produced automatically and can be wrong. Alerts can arrive late or not at all if a data provider or a channel fails. The report is information, not legal, financial or professional advice. Check the original pages before you act on anything in it.
Your account
One account per person. Keep access to your email: it is how you sign in. You can delete the account and all its data at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms.
Fair use
- Check and watch businesses, not private individuals.
- Do not automate checks, resell reports, or try to get around the limits.
- Do not use reports to harass anyone or to publish claims about a business that you have not verified.
Third-party content
Reports link to and quote short parts of third-party pages and AI answers. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they say.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid in the last three months, and we are not liable for losses arising from its use, from alerts that were late or missing, or from reliance on its results.
