Questions about billing, cancelling and access
Is there an annual contract?
No. Every plan is paid month by month. You can also pay for 3 months at once, at the same monthly price.
How do I cancel?
There is nothing to cancel. We hold no card and nothing renews by itself: when the paid time ends, daily checks and alerts pause, and your reports and history stay in your account. Pay again whenever you want to start.
What does the trial include?
14 days of the Growth plan: up to 5 businesses, daily checks and every alert channel. No card. We email you 3 days before it ends. One trial per email address.
How do I pay?
With crypto, through NOWPayments: Kaspa (KAS) or USDT on the Arbitrum network. You pick a plan in Billing, and the invoice shows the amount and the wallet address. Your plan starts when the payment arrives, usually within minutes. No card form, no stored payment details.
What if I send too little or too much?
Whatever arrives buys days at the plan’s price, so nothing is lost. If you underpaid, the payment page offers a new invoice for the rest. If you overpaid, the extra becomes days, or we send it back in the same coin if you ask.
Can I get a refund?
If monitoring did not run because of a fault on our side, yes, for the days lost. Unused full months of a 3-month payment come back on request. Refunds are sent by hand in the same coin, to a wallet address you give us. The details are in the Terms.
Can I change the plan?
Yes. Pay for the new plan in Billing and it starts when the payment arrives. Paid days you had left keep their dollar value: moving up gives fewer days of the bigger plan, moving down gives more. If the new plan watches fewer businesses, you pick which ones stay.
How many businesses can I watch?
1 on Starter, 5 on Growth, 15 on Agency, each in one country: the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada or Australia. Agencies that need more can write to us.
How often are checks run?
Google results, suggestions, ratings and review counts, Reddit, YouTube, news and the Google AI Overview every day. ChatGPT and Gemini answers once a week, because they change slowly. You can also run a check yourself once every 6 hours.
Which alerts can I receive?
Email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord and browser or phone notifications. By default we alert only on risk 2 and 3, and you can change that.
What does the free check include?
One report on one business in one country: Google results, suggestions, ratings, Reddit, YouTube, news and AI answers, scored by risk. No account, two checks a day.
